Hello everyone, Giyar Handaru here. Today, I'm going to tell you my experience while doing English listening quizzes at the ESL Lab. website. 

Intermediate

Difficult Words :

1. Strenuous : 

needing or using a lot of physical or mental effort or energy. 

2. Sturdy :   physically strong and solid or thick, and therefore unlikely to break or be hurt. 

Sentence Example :

1.  "She found the strenuous workout at the gym to be both challenging and rewarding, as it helped improve her fitness and overall well-being."

2. "The sturdy oak tree withstood the powerful storm, its robust branches and deep roots keeping it firmly in place."

Today's lesson at the ESL Lab. Website has shocked me. Especially, right after completing the intermediate level quiz. Because, despite being an intermediate level quiz, it makes me learn one or two difficult words, which are : strenuous and sturdy. Overall, it has been a fun and effective learning, for me personally.
